Service Description
For services longer than 4 hours, interpreters are required to take a break.
- If you wish to have an interpreter accompany you, please add the 1-hour option in advance.
- If the interpreter is unable to take a break, or if the interpreter accompanies the client during meal breaks, a separate fee of 10,000 yen (Excl. tax) will be charged after the service.
Cancellation Policy
<Cancellation, Amendment & Refund Policy>
・After staff assignment (and hospital appointment arrangement, if applicable) has been confirmed: 10% of the invoice amount
・From 7 days before the appointment date: 100% of the invoice amount
In addition, Medilator reserves the right to cancel the booking if the customer violates the Terms of Service.
