Service Description
For services longer than 4 hours, interpreters are required to take a break. - If you wish to have an interpreter accompany you, please add the 1-hour option in advance. - If the interpreter is unable to take a break, or if the interpreter accompanies the client during meal breaks, a separate fee of 10,000 yen (Excl. tax) will be charged after the service.
Cancellation Policy
<Cancellation, Amendment & Refund Policy> ・After staff assignment is confirmed: 10% of the invoice amount ・From 7 days before the appointment date: 100% of the invoice amount For customers who apply for any of our services, we will assist in coordinating hospital appointments. If you have a preferred hospital, please indicate it in the “Notes” section of the reservation form. Medilator reserves the right to cancel the booking in the following cases: (a) In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, accidents, etc.) (b) If, in Medilator’s reasonable judgment, the customer or any related party may damage the reputation or credibility of Medilator (c) If payment from the customer is not received by the specified due date Please note that cancellations include any changes that reduce the total value of the booking, as well as no-shows.
