The fees for our medical interpreting services vary depending on the start time and the level of interpretation selected.
If you have selected the wrong service option or would like to cancel your booking, please contact us through our contact form before an interpreter has been confirmed.
Once an interpreter has been confirmed, we will notify you of the interpreter’s name by email.

There is no cancellation fee if you cancel before an interpreter has been confirmed.
In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
