2015 – Launched our high-quality visiting nursing services.
2018 – In response to increasing demand, we began dispatching general interpreters and nurses to accompany clients.
2020 – Welcomed certified medical interpreters and licensed nurses from Japan and abroad, officially expanding into full-scale medical interpreting services.

The name “Medilator” reflects our commitment to serving as a trusted bridge between patients receiving medical care and the interpreters and nurses who support them.

Our medical interpreters and nurses receive training in hospitality and professional etiquette, enabling us to offer high-quality medical interpreting and nursing services rooted in compassion and professionalism.

Services will be available as usual during these periods; however, inquiries and booking requests will be temporarily suspended.
