Please note that we may be unable to accept same-day requests depending on our availability. ・Cancellation of hospital appointments ・Assistance with hospital appointments ・Conveying messages to the hospital We relay messages and requests between the client and the hospital by phone or email, including the above. When we contact the hospital, we record the contact details (email address or phone number) and the name of the person in charge, and report the outcome to the client. This is counted as One Way once we have conveyed the client’s message to the hospital, the hospital has acknowledged it, and any message from the hospital has been conveyed to the client. If the hospital has any questions or requests for confirmation, and we convey them to the client, the service is counted as Two Way when the client continues to use our coordination service.
