Please note that we do not accept reservations for Saturdays, Sundays, or Japanese public holidays. Although the booking system may allow you to submit a reservation for these dates, we will be unable to accept it. If you make a reservation in error, we will process your refund on the next business day.

If you use a credit card issued outside Japan, your card company may charge a refund processing fee of approximately 3%. Medilator is unable to cover this fee. Thank you for your understanding.
