• Silver Week: September 19 – 23, 2026
　(Inquiry/Booking Deadline: September 18, 3:00 PM)

• Year-End & New Year Holidays: December 26, 2026 – January 3, 2027
　(Inquiry/Booking Deadline: December 25, 3:00 PM)

Please note: Reservations cannot be made during the above holiday periods. Although the booking system may appear to accept reservations during these periods, such reservations will not be accepted.

Please also note that when using an overseas-issued credit card, a refund processing fee of approximately 3% may be charged by the credit card company. We appreciate your understanding that Medilator is unable to cover such fees.
