Service Description
■For services exceeding 4 hours, interpreters are required to take a break.
- If you would like the interpreter to accompany you during your meal, please add the 1-hour option in advance and enter “Meal-time accompaniment service” in the Notes section. Please note that this is a meal-time accompaniment service, not an extension of the interpreting service.
- If the interpreter is unable to take a break, or if you would like the interpreter to accompany you during their meal break, an additional fee of JPY 10,000 (excluding tax) will be charged after the service.
Cancellation Policy

・After staff assignment (and hospital appointment arrangement, if applicable) has been confirmed: 10% of the invoice amount
・From 7 days before the appointment date: 100% of the invoice amount
In addition, Medilator reserves the right to cancel the booking if the customer violates the Terms of Service.
