<Cancellation, Amendment & Refund Terms> - When the staff is confirmed ・・・・10% of the invoice amount - From 7 days before: 100% of the invoice amount - We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 1 week prior to your appointment. - The deadline for cancellations and changes is 7 days in advance. After that, no cancellations, changes or refunds can be made for any reason. - The deposit is required to book your appointment. ・Medilator reserves the right to cancel the Booking if: (a)there is an event of Force Majeure; (b)in the reasonable opinion of Medilator it is deemed that the Booking, or any persons associated with the Booking, might damage the reputation of Medilator; or (c)any payment have not been received by Medilator from you by the due date. Cancellations include changes that reduce the overall value of the booking and no shows.
